厕所，给人的印象一向是登不得大雅之堂。然而，没有人会否认，缺少了这样一个空间，人类将无法生活，更谈不上文明。这是一个狭小的空间，却包含着千古以来的智慧和趣闻；这是一个让身体放松的场地，有时却更能激起人们创作的灵感火花。关于它的故事，说也说不完……     

Product pricing and solvency capital requirements for long-term care insurance

This paper presents a comprehensive assessment of premiums, reserves and solvency capital requirements (SCRs) for long-term care (LTC) insurance policies using Activities of Daily Living and US data. We compare stand-alone policies, whole life insurance policies with LTC benefit riders (LTC insurance combined with whole life insurance), life care annuities (LTC insurance combined with annuities) and shared LTC insurance in terms of net premium cost and SCRs. Net premiums and best-estimate reserves for base LTC insurance policies are determined using Thiele’s differential equation. Product features such as the elimination period and the maximum benefit period are compared using a simulation-based model. We show how a maximum benefit period can reduce costs and risks for LTC insurance products. SCRs for longevity risk and disability risk are based on the Solvency II standard formula. We quantify the extent to which whole life insurance policies with LTC benefit riders and life care annuities provide lower SCRs than stand-alone LTC insurance policies.     

关于我国农村流通领域中经营主体改革的一个新构想

改革开放30年来,我国农村流通领域取得重要进展,但目前我国农村流通领域仍存在比较突出的问题。本文主要从流通领域中的经营主体出发,分析了目前多元化主体存在的问题,提出了一个对经营主体改革的一个新构想。     

举家外出的农民工融入城市问题研究 ——对在北京务工的500个农民工家庭的访谈数据分析

本文对目前在北京就业的农民工融入城市的现状和程度进行了实证分析，分析数据来源于2004年开始的、每2年进行一次的、在京就业的500个“80后”农民工市民化程度的跟踪调查和入户访谈。在对2010年11月-2011年3月调研数据进行描述性统计的基础上，笔者选择了因子分析方法，量化分析了农民工融入城市的程度，得出了制度上的限制、流动就业的类型和个人的资源禀赋条件是影响农民工融入城市的主要因素的结论。

我国建筑节能对策研究

随着人民生活水平的逐渐提高,对小区建筑保温要求越来越高,但我国单位建筑面积耗能量比气候条件相近的发达国家要多2倍左右。本文从我国目前民用建筑所面临高耗能的严峻形式出发,阐述建筑节能的必要性。并针对我国建筑发展情况提出切实可行的技术方法,以及针对实施过程中出现的问题提出合理的对策。     

公文流转中文件安全传输的技术实现

为进一步提高办公效率，实现中央银行与银行业金融机构之间公文高效、安全传递，本文简要介绍了金融机构间公文传输中所涉及的安全技术：PKI（公钥设施基础）基本概念、基本组成、基本运行模式以及RSA算法，并设计了金融专网间公文安全的传输技术方案。     

Analysis of Chinese Manufacturing Export Duration

This paper studies the duration of Chinese manufacturing exports and its determinants, using disaggregated 6‐digit level Harmonized System product trade data from 1995 to 2007. Cox proportional hazard, Weibull and exponential models are used to examine the effects of various factors on export duration. It is revealed that export duration tends to be rather short‐lived. It is also found that GDP and GDP per capita of the export destination have positive effects on export duration, while trade relationships with distant and landlocked countries are generally of shorter duration. In addition, export duration is longer for differentiated and parts and components products, as well as products with large initial trade values. WTO membership is also important for longer export duration. Our empirical analysis suggests that developed markets, such as the USA and the EU, are important to China, and should still be the major sources for Chinese export growth in the long run. Moreover, technical innovation of firms and free trade agreement negotiations will be helpful for sustainable export growth.     

从建筑企业特殊性看无形资产内涵的延伸

本文以自己所在建筑行业的角度,审视、提出不同于一般企业的无形资产特点,分析论证了建筑行业无形资产内涵广于其他行业的定义,剖析了建筑行业无形资产的实体拥有具有公共性;实体盈利具有间接性;资源特征具有二次开发性。这都是以前很少从理论上总结或提出的新思路、新角度、新观念,对建筑企业的无形资产定义是一种挑战,对建筑企业无形资产的管理是一种进步。所以,本文更主要是为了抛砖引玉,和更多的同行共同努力探索,对行业管理进行一定的创新和创造。     

现代银行监管理论的发展及对我国银行监管的启示

放松监管、银行危机与再监管是近30年来世界银行业的主旋律。随着经济和金融的深入发展,银行监管理论和银行监管实践都产生深刻的变化。本文从银行监管的经济学思想回溯入手,按照理论发展的时间顺序对银行监管的经济学思想进行梳理,并在信息不对称和博弈论框架下分析现代银行监管理论的发展,阐述现代银行监管理论的微观基础。最后,文章就现代银行监管理论对我国银行监管的启示提出几点看法。
